A gang of robbers who carried out a 1.5million heist at Selfridges as well as nine other high profile smash and grab raids have been convicted.

Four of the gang were found guilty for their part in the raids at Kingston Crown Court in London today, while five others had already pleaded guilty to their involvement.

After the raid, gang member Connor Groake and fellow robber Sam Curtin were detained by members of the public after crashing their moped as they attempted a high speed getaway.
